Lead Global Citizen Year’s Marketing Team to Successfully Meet and Exceed Growth Goals:
- Own the marketing lifecycle, strategy and execution for Global Citizen Year: This includes customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, close, and retention. At Global Citizen Year this means expanding the market of students aware of and interested in our programming, educating them on what we do and tracking them through to the submission of an application for our programs.
- Develop and execute our marketing strategy, inclusive of online and offline channels: optimize paid and owned media channels to maximize acquisition, test new channels and markets, and iterate to unlock growth.
- Manage comprehensive Marketing Team; bring out the best in our growing marketing team that includes a Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, Social Media Manager, Assoc. Director of Creative & Content, Multimedia Storyteller, Marketing Design Manager as well as Recruitment Specialists.
- Work with the VP of Growth to set key performance growth targets and create a budget.
- Own marketing budget and manage against growth goals; iterate and reprioritize as-needed based on performance.
- Utilize content and brand marketing resources to introduce Global Citizen Year to new audiences.
